D's got some new and revised phrases that he is absolutely wearing into the ground... :)
He used to say later all the time (alternating with tomorrow), but usually it was in reference to sitting on the potty chair.
"Do you have to go potty D?"
"No, go potty later."
Now he has expanded his use of later to include many things. And most of those things are things I ask him to do.
Me: D eat your noodles.
D: Eat noodles later.
Me: D, its time for bed.
D: No, go to bed later.
Me: You are going to bed early tonight!
D: Go to bed early later.
Me: D can you be quiet for just a minute?
D: Be quiet later.
D: Be quiet later.
Etc...
My favorite new phrase of his is just for one day. I have no idea where he came up with this one. But he uses it at pretty funny times...
Me: D, you're getting a little out of control
D: Just for one day
Me: Are you stinky?
D: Just for one day.
Me: You are getting so big!
D: Just for one day.
etc...
The intetesting thing with his vocabulary these days is that he is finally using the I, Me, You pronouns about half the time. And it never ceases to amaze me how quickly his vocabulary and verbal skills are growing!!

LOL!!!!!!! GOTTA LOVE IT!
He he! Funny little kid! It's like he's making excuses for everything and you can't really get angry.
"Just for one day" - that's precious!
That's funny kids and their comedic timing.
Wow, he's got those phrases down pat! So cute. Watching kids learn to use their vocab is such an amazing venture.
